E-commerce delivery terms

Delivery terms in brief:

  • Product prices include VAT 9%, 14%, or 24%.
  • The weight indicated for the products is the net weight.
  • Products have a 14-day return policy. The right only applies to unopened, unused and salable products. We charge return costs (€ 4.90) for product returns or orders not picked up.
  • We usually ship products within 2 to 5 full business days of placing your order. If the ordered product has exceptionally run out of stock, the customer will be notified by e-mail.
  • It is not possible to add or remove products to paid orders placed in the online store. It is also not possible to change the delivery method afterward.
  • If the wrong product has been delivered to the consumer or the product is defective, the consumer must immediately notify our customer service either by e-mail info@nordiceco.fi or by phone at +358 40 7771169
  • We deliver in Finland and the EU. Delivery costs outside Finland might vary and these are agreed upon delivery.

More detailed delivery terms

1.- Delivery time

We usually ship the products within 2 to 5 full business days of placing your order. We will contact customers as soon as possible by e-mail or telephone if we find that the delivery time is longer than normal. Or the delivery costs are other than mentioned here. (EU)

2.- Delivery methods

Matkahuolto Home distribution package – € 8.65

Matkahuolto Near package – € 4.65

Pick up from Matkahuolto, agent point, service point, or parcel machine.

Allows pick-up late in the evenings and on weekends
We post Close packages on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (orders containing refrigerated products only on Mondays and Wednesdays)

Usually arrives the next business day of dispatch
The recipient will be notified by SMS when the order can be picked up.

A shipment awaiting pickup will be retained for two weeks

After ordering, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and a link through which you can conveniently follow the progress of your order.

3.- Packaging of deliveries

We use recycled and recycled materials in our shipments, such as 100% recycled paper bags, surplus newspapers, and cardboard boxes used in future deliveries to us. As a result, the packaging materials in our shipments vary somewhat.

4.- Payment methods

Credit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Eurocard.


5.- Right of return

Products have a 14-day return policy. The returned product must be unopened, unused, and salable. We charge a return fee (€ 4.90) for the return of products. Complaints about defective products or otherwise incorrect delivery approved by Nordic Eco Finland can be returned free of charge.

However, in your notice, please kindly indicate:

Reason for return (if damaged or incorrect product)

Subscriber identification (name / order number)

Do you just want to return the product and get the money back into your account or do you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged or incorrect product (and refund any difference).

After the notification, the customer return will be made to the nearest Matkahuolto package point.

6.- Uncollected orders

If the customer does not pick up the order from the pick-up point and it is returned to our store, the customer can cancel the order or request a new shipment. If you cancel a non-picked package, we will deduct the actual shipping and return costs from the amount returned to the customer. If the customer wants the returned order from our warehouse to be resent, we will charge the actual return costs for the return as well as the shipping costs for re-shipment € 4.90 (Near package).

Failure to pick up will not qualify for a 14-day return policy and will not be counted to return the order.

If you want to return the products or cancel the order, please follow the instructions in sections 5 and 6.

8.- Problem situations

If the product is lost or damaged during transport or does not otherwise correspond to your order, you must report the defect in writing within 14 days at the latest to the e-mail address mentioned in the Right of Cancellation and Return Policy section.
